Terms of Service

This must be read before commissioning meI can and will refuse to draw anything that makes me uncomfortable or something that goes against my beliefs.

What to expect:

I only accept PayPal $AUDI will start your commission once I have received the payment in full.Throughout the commissions process I will update you regularly with progress photos. Please don’t be afraid to let me know if I’ve made any mistakes or if there is anything you would like changed along the way and I will fix them asap, It is easier to fix things earlier on in the commission.Once I have finished your commission I will send you an image of the completed product. Please provide me an email I can use to send the completed commission as the quality will be better.It will take me between 1-2 weeks to finish your commission but could take up to 3-4 weeks. I will make you aware of any type of delay.
Please try to be patient with me while I complete commissions as you may not be the only person who's commission I will be doing. While my medical conditions are mostly under control they remain unpredictable and a bad flare up can happen at any time and most times without warning.Once you have received your finished commission you now own this artwork, However you can not claim this as your own, trace it or resell it as your own work.You are more than welcome to post it to social media as long as I am fully credited as the artist.

Refund policy:

If for any reason you decide you no longer want your commission or you need to back out of the commission that is completely fine and I understand.I will send a full refund only if I haven't begun any of the commission past the sketching. If I am past the sketching (meaning I have start to line or colour) I will give you a partial refund of 50%

I draw to the absolute best of my abilities especially when it comes to specific styles.

What I won't draw:

- NSFW art
- Kinks
- Soft Fetishes

I personally do not have anything against these, it is just not something I offer. If you are looking for this type of commission I can steer you in the correct direction of other artists that do.I am okay with drawing suggestive art of characters and characters in kink/fetish gear. However I will only do this if I know the commissioner is 18+ and the character they want drawn is also 18+.

What I DO NOT draw:

- Pedophilia
- Zoophilia
- Hateful groups/symbols
- Extreme Fetishes

I do not offer ANY of these, Do not even ask me about them you will be hit with an automatic no.

All art shown has been created by me (Lilys.escapism). It is not there for you to use, it is not free art, do not use it. Some characters are not owned by me but rightfully belong to their creators. All art shown is either commissioned, gifted or personal art. Art shown may only be used by the rightfully commissioner or person I gifted said art too
